Project Management

Property managers are held to a high standard of expectations from board members and homeowners. Every manager has a lot on their plate. We are here to ease the burden. When a board ask to have bids done, CSG will get bids from reputable vendors for the manager to present to the board. Once a vendor is chosen, CSG will manage the project from start to finish so the property manager can focus on other needs of the community.

Human Resources

Finding and keeping good employees can be challenging. CSG will recruit property managers and assistant property managers. We will make sure they are a good fit before they go to you for a final interview. We can also help train new employees and current employees.

When it comes to growth, a lot of businesses plateau for various reasons. We are here to evaluate your business and come up with solutions and strategies for growth.

HOA Surveys

Property portfolios are constantly changing, but no one ever likes to lose a community. Often times a community will not give a reason why they are making a change. Your property managers may feel they are doing a great job, but communities may feel differently. Sometimes boards are uncomfortable communicating their issues because they don't want to negatively affect the relationship they have with their manager. CSG will act as an unbiased third party and survey board members about the performance of their manager and the management company. Using the data received, we can help individual managers and companies as a whole retain management contracts and also enable the company to provide a service that boards can justify paying more for.
